The Program Won't Open Topics/Browser Does Not Support Java (Mac Offline)

This solution pertains to Challenger products installed onto a Macintosh hard drive from disc(s) only.

1. Open Finder

2. Go to your username

3. Right Click on  your username

4. Uncheck the box that says 'Lock'

5. Close Finder

7. Open Challenger Product.  If asked to run the applet, click 'always'. If Select Data File comes up, click OK. If fields come up that ask for information, fill in the fields then click OK.

 8. Try an assessment to get a score then close the program

9. Reopen the program and see if the assessment you just took still has the score.
