How do I make changes to my program accounts (add / remove accounts)?

If you need to add or remove accounts from your group education program, please call 1-888-525-4198 (Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm CST) or email us at institutionalsupport@chall.com with the specific changes you need. Please provide the full name (first and last), degree, email address, and status (PGY, Faculty, etc.) for any new accounts. There may be a fee associated with the addition of accounts to your program. Challenger offers free, live, US-based support Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CT.
