The Download Button Never Appears in the Offline Viewer!

Try closing the offline viewer and re-opening it.

If the Download button still does not appear, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the offline viewer.

To do so, go to your Control Panel, Programs then Programs and Features. Once the list populates, look for Challenger CME version x.x.x. Double click it to begin the uninstall.

Once completed, go back to your Challenger online account. Go to Courses then Download Offline Viewer and follow the directions that follow.
