How Do I Reactivate My Premium Membership?

If you receive a notification that your Challenger Premium Membership has expired, it's likely that a current, active payment method is not in our system. This is easily addressed in two steps. First, verify your payment options. Second, purchase your Premium Membership Renewal.

To Verify Your Payment Option

Follow these steps to change the Payment Option in your Account Profile.

1) Log into your Challenger account.
2) Click on your Username in the upper right corner to access your "Account Profile"
3) Go to "Payment Options" and add your credit card information.
4) Save your changes.

To Purchase Your Premium Membership

Once your payment information has been entered, follow the link below.  
Purchase/Renew Premium Membership Now
This will take you directly to the Premium Membership Renewal in our store. Add this to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out to make your purchase.
