Adding Learners to Existing Assignments Simplified (Group Program Administrators)

Challenger Support -

Go to Assignment Manager.  Select an existing assignment.   Click “Edit Assignment.”   You’ll see the assignee list and a big “Add Users” button.




When you click “Add Users” a list of learners available to add will appear.  Select your add(s) and click done.  The new users will appear in the assignee list.


Note: This function adds users to the existing assignment specs (i.e. added users will be assigned the same content, same effective and due dates, same passing score, etc).
