Click the "Forgot Password?" button. An email with a link for resetting your password will be emailed to the email address in your portal account. This link will be good for 60 minutes.
NOTE: a valid email address must be in your Challenger online profile at https://app.challengercme.com for this feature to function properly. If you do not see an email within a few moments, please check your Junk or Spam email.
If you select "Forgot Password?" and do not receive an email containing a link within minutes and it does not appear in the Junk or Spam email folder, the email in your account profile may be incorrect or your service provider may be blocking our email to you.
Should this be the case or if you cannot locate your username, please contact Challenger Technical Support. You may submit a support request or call 1-888-242-5536, Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm CT.
If you are an Academic (Residents, PA Trainees, or Faculty Administrators) or Corporate (Organizational) client, your organization's coordinator/administrator may also be able to assist you with login credentials.
