Retrieving or Changing Your Password

Your Challenger online account has a Retrieve Password button on the login screen.

Go to

Click the "Retrieve Password" button. Your password will be sent to the email on record in your account.



NOTE: a valid email address must be in your Challenger online profile at for this feature to function properly.

Password Support:

If you select "retrieve password" and do not receive an email containing your password within minutes, the email in your account profile may be incorrect or your service provider may be blocking our email to you.

Should this be the case or if you cannot locate your username, please contact Challenger Technical Support. You may submit a support request or call 1-888-242-5536, Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm CT.

If you are an Academic (Residents, PA Trainees, or Faculty Administrators) or Corporate (Organizational) client, your organization's coordinator/administrator may also be able to assist you with login credentials.

Challenger offers free, live, US-based support Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CT.

Changing your Password

While your username cannot be changed, it's easy to change your password. Once logged in, you can access your user profile information by clicking Profile on your Dashboard, then clicking the Password tab.

Next, select the Password tab

Enter your new password. 

Save your changes.

NOTE: We recommend that you periodically review and update all information on your account to ensure uninterrupted access to your Challenger assets.
