Set Up a Payment Method in your Account
You can securely set up a default credit card payment method in your Account Profile.
Med-Challenger provides customers the ability to RENEW annual access to all purchased assets in their accounts for only $199/yr. That's right, that single annual Premium Membership maintenance fee adds another YEAR of use of EVERYTHING in your account from your current expiry date. Yep, no more re-buys at full price ever again! Re-use your review and CME assets year after year for less.
If an active credit card payment option is set up in your Profile, that payment method will be used to auto-renew your account when your current Premium Membership expires. You'll never lose access to your self-assessment and MOC CME investments (continuous updates included!)
Setting a default payment method in your account also allows you to purchase additional items easier at any time.
Setting a Default Payment Method for Auto-Renewal (or Purchases)
In order to continue receiving uninterrupted service (or subsequent purchases), it is necessary to provide a credit card as a payment option in your Med-Challenger account Profile.
What happens if I don't set a Payment Method?
If your Premium Membership is allowed to expire, all purchased courses, earned CME and the ability to produce CME claims will be unavailable. Your account will revert to a "freemium" version.
Here's how to ensure you never lose access to your assets:
1. Log into your account at https://app.challengercme.com
2. Click Profile icon in the upper right corner of your Account.
3. Select your name to access your Profile:
4. Click 'Add Payment Method'

5. Add your payment information and click Submit:
Please set one payment method as the default. Your default method will be tried first.
That's it! As long as you have a valid, current payment option stored, your account will automatically renew for another year for just $199 when the time comes.
You may change the information at any time to ensure your account always remains active and access to your assets remains available to you. If your card has expired or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified via email.
