On the login screen, if an account is not located or the login parameters do not match what is on file exactly, the following message may appear:
1. If you have an active account, you may wish to locate the original email received from Med-Challenger to double-check the username.
2. If you know you have the correct username, then use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.
